AGC of America to Offer Executive Session on Lean Construction at Construction SuperConference

Kevin Gaffney, group show director, “This is a great opportunity for executive and leaders in the legal and construction fields to investigate the benefits and revenue opportunities associated with Lean construction.”

The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America is excited to unite with the Construction SuperConference (CSC) this year and offer a Lean Construction for Executives session as part of the Executive Session series. The conference, Dec. 5-7, 2016, will be at The Encore at Wynn in Las Vegas.

About the session:
Lean Construction for Executives
Presented by: Eric Hedlund and Jeff Esgar, Sundt Construction Inc.
Monday, Dec. 5, 2016 – 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Lean Construction for Executives presentation is designed as a way for executives to share their customized Lean journey with their colleagues in order to improve construction practices by sharing their story.

“Lean construction allows companies to thrive in all economic conditions. By applying Lean construction principles, executives can improve safety, and achieve greater customer satisfaction with higher productivity at reduced costs. We’ve been on our Lean journey for 10 years, and we continue to learn how Lean principles and the Last Planner® System help build a culture of continuous improvement within our organization,” says Jeff Esgar, Sundt Construction Inc.

Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
• Create general awareness of Lean and how it is applied in our industry as well as overcome the stereotype that it is for manufacturing and not construction
• Provide a reason for executives to start/continue a Lean journey within their organization
• Provide the basis for executives and their companies to take more comprehensive training to maximize a company’s efficiency through Lean principles and tools.

Don’t miss your chance to attend this year’s CSC,
