Can I credit my 2020 registration to CSC 2021?

Absolutely. Please read on for further details.

How can I request a refund or credit for my CSC 2020 registration?

To credit your registration fee to Construction SuperConference 2021, please contact Kristi.Ortoli@EmeraldX.com. The deadline for credit requests is November 9, 2020.

To request a full refund, please contact Registration Customer Service on or before November 9, 2020:

Is there a deadline for registration credit and refund requests?

Yes. November 9, 2020 is the deadline to request a full refund, or to credit your registration to CSC 2021. Requests received after this date will not be eligible for refund or credit.

How can I cancel my hotel reservations?

If you booked hotel accommodations with CSC via our official housing vendor, MGM Grand, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you booked a hotel reservation outside the CSC block, you must cancel/transfer your hotel reservation on your own.

How can I cancel my flight?

Many airlines are offering waived change fees at this time. If you have already booked your flight, we recommend canceling as soon as possible.

Where will CSC 2021 take place?

CSC 2021 will take place at the J.W. Marriott, Orlando, Florida, December 6-8, 2021.

Will my 2020 sponsorships roll over to 2021?

Yes, we would love for you to continue your sponsorship in 2021, but these will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Your account executive, Emily Clay, will be in touch.

What if I was slated to be a speaker at CSC 2020?

If your proposal was accepted and you were elected to host a panel at CSC 2020, your proposal will remain on file for consideration for the 2021 conference in Orlando, Florida. In the coming weeks, we will reach out to you to confirm this status and again in February, 2021. Please check the become a speaker for more important updates/information.

How can I cancel my hotel reservations?

When can I expect the CSC 2021 Call for Presentations to go live?

 If you’re interested in presenting at CSC 2021, you can expect to receive an email with information regarding submitting your presentation by Mid-March. Please direct any questions to Sydney.jacoby@emeraldx.com

Who attends Construction SuperConference

The Construction SuperConference’s participants represent all segments of the construction industry: Construction Owners, Senior Executives, General Counsel, and Construction Attorneys including In-House Counsel and contracted lawyers and consultants from global construction companies and law firms as well as design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, insurers and sureties.

How much does it cost to attend?

Full Conference Sessions – Includes admission to the Expo Hall and access to all Conference Sessions.

How can I register for the conference?

Registration is open. Register today.

Do I receive a discount if I register a group?

Yes! We offer a group rate discount of 5 or more. View the pricing discount here.

Where do I pickup my badge at?

You will pick up your badge and lanyard onsite at the Will Call Registration counters marked “Print Badge Here.” Located just outside the Boulevard Ballroom.

If you need to register onsite or need to make changes to your registration, you can do this at the registration counters.

Badges will not be mailed.

COVID-19 Resources? What are we doing to ensure safety guidelines at the conference?

Your safety is our top priority. Conducting business is our second.

MGM has released a 7-point safety plan for all events staging this year that will ensure we have floor plans setup according to saftey distancing guidelines.

Clean Floor Policy & Freight Free Aisles

All crates and skids must be tagged and removed from the exhibit floor no later than 2:00 pm on Monday, December 7, 2020. This will allow Freeman and the cleaning provider sufficient time to complete the laying of the aisle carpet and the overall cleaning of the exhibit hall as well as provide sponsors the space to complete their booth set up by keeping aisles clear. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Sponsor Insurance

Show management requires each exhibiting company and sponsor appointed non-official contractor to carry general liability insurance, automotive liability insurance and workmen’s compensation coverage. Please refer to the “Insurance Requirements Policy” within this manual for specifics on insurance requirements. Submit your Certificate of Insurance by uploading it here.

Sponsor Move-In
Monday, December 7 10:00am – 2:00pm

All sponsors are allowed to move-in and have freight delivered during the posted exhibitor move-in hours.

All displays are to be completely installed by 2:00pm on Monday, December 7. Show Management will consider any booth not set by 2:00pm vacant and appropriate action will be taken.

Wednesday, December 9 11:45am – 1:30pm

All exhibits must remain completely set until 11:45 am on Wednesday, December 9. All exhibits must be completely removed by 1:30pm on Wednesday, December 9 or they will be packed and shipped by Freeman at the exhibitor’s expense and risk.

CSC Hotel Block Discounted Rates

MGM is providing CSC with our own discounted hotel block. If you choose to book your hotel room outside of this block, you will not receive the CSC 2020 discount. To view the rates, please visit our Hotel Accomodations page.
