Amr El Nokali currently serves as General Counsel for Mascaro Construction Company, where he oversees all legal, risk, and compliance matters across the organization. With 23 years of in-house experience in the construction industry, Amr has developed a deep understanding of the legal landscape that defines construction projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved in and negotiated deals on projects spanning the United States, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Amr also brings extensive experience across a broad spectrum of dispute resolution processes, having been involved with Dispute Resolution Boards, mediations, arbitrations, litigations, and appeals.
