Tim is a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP and member of Bradley’s Construction Practice Group. Tim is board certified by the Florida Bar in Construction Law since 2007 and has extensive experience representing owners, developers, contractors, suppliers, design professionals, and subcontractors in all phases of the construction process, with an emphasis on complex construction litigation. Tim also routinely counsels clients on project administration issues, including contract drafting and negotiation, change order and payment disputes, lien and surety bond claims.
An active member of the Forum on Construction Law of the American Bar Association, Tim served in leadership as a member of the Forum’s Governing Committee (2019-2023), and previously as Chair of Division 7, Insurance, Surety & Liens (2016-2018). Tim locally served as Co-Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Tim works out of Bradley’s Tampa, Florida office. He received his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Florida and is licensed to practice law in Florida.
