Mr. Land focuses his practice on construction law, government contracting, and commercial litigation. He represents owners, developers, and contractors on public and private construction projects nationwide, with experience spanning contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and project advisory services. He also regularly counsels construction industry clients on drafting and negotiating contract documents and on emerging legal and risk management issues affecting project delivery.
He has completed the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) certificate program through Federal Publications Seminar and is a contributing author to the South Carolina Construction Law Desk Book, published by the Construction Law Section of the South Carolina Bar. Greyson is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and North Carolina.
