Xenia’s experience encompasses construction and insurance coverage disputes, civil litigation, and contract negotiation. She brings a proactive and client-focused approach to resolving legal challenges. Her skills in litigation and negotiation showcase her versatility in strategically managing a wide range of legal scenarios, from complex disputes to intricate agreements. Xenia was a member of the first graduating class of the UC Irvine School of Law, where she served on the UC Irvine Law Review, won the Faculty Award for Legal Writing, and won third place in the Louis Jackson National Student Writing Competition. Xenia served as a federal law clerk with Judge Charles Lynwood Smith, Jr. in the Northern District of Alabama and Judge Dale S. Fischer in the Central District of California.
