Jon Perry is a Managing Director in Ankura’s Construction Disputes & Advisory practice. He specialises in schedule and delay analysis, causation, and quantum issues on complex domestic and international construction disputes. He regularly provides expert analysis and testimony in arbitration, litigation, and mediation proceedings. Jon holds multiple AACE International credentials, including Certified Cost Professional (CCP), Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), and Earned Value Professional (EVP), and advises counsel and clients on the selection, presentation and defence of delay methodologies in high‑value disputes. His work focuses on translating complex programme and project controls evidence into clear, persuasive conclusions for tribunals and decision‑makers. Jon has conducted expert evaluations of several multi-billion dollar projects and performed analyses of numerous construction and business interruption claims valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Jon has presented expert testimony in deposition and at trial in U.S. State Courts, and has prepared expert analyses that have been used by a variety of courts, boards, and arbitration panels throughout the world.
