Michelle Luster is the Director of Risk Management for Swinerton, with more than 28 years of experience in construction risk management for general and specialty contractors. She is a hands‑on risk management professional with deep experience in wrap‑up programs, contractual risk transfer, risk financing, loss control, and claims management and resolution.
Michelle leads a team that supports operations and estimating, oversees the sale, implementation, and management of wrap‑up programs, assists with subcontractor negotiations, and manages broker relationships for all property and casualty insurance lines. She also plays a key role in litigation support and attorney management. Michelle holds a CRIS designation and is an integral member of Swinerton’s enterprise risk management leadership.
