Brian is an action-oriented leader providing strategic guidance on complex contracts, claims, and disputes on projects across the US. During his 13 years at RailWorks, he has successfully resolved numerous disputes with prime contractors and owners on the company’s largest transit projects. Brian works collaboratively with RailWorks’ division counsel on construction claims and contracts. He is responsible for risk management, outside counsel and consultant selection, claim strategy, and advising executive management on contracts and claims. He works closely with the RailWorks team from bid through project completion and closeout. Brian is also actively involved in the insurance program, including obtaining insurance coverage for claims and disputes.
