Daniel E. Feinblum has more than 20 years of experience in design and construction projects, advising clients on issues ranging from project control and oversight to dispute evaluation. Dan has also managed teams to facilitate the development and implementation of project controls and execute comprehensive risk analyses. His projects include roads, rail, highways and bridges, large public infrastructure projects, and energy infrastructure. 

Dan’s construction litigation background includes the evaluation and development of claims, determination of merit and quantum for disputed change orders, and expert testimony related to delay, disruption, standard of care, and damages calculation. His experience includes preparing comprehensive reviews of claims, including disruption and acceleration, issue, delay, and cost analysis. 

Dan has been recognized and highlighted since 2018 by Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal (WWL)) as a worldwide expert assisting clients as an expert witness in the areas of delay and quantum on more than 10 expert appointments.
