Cody Schneider is a Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Houston office and is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He represents contractors, suppliers, developers, and owners nationwide in complex construction disputes and project counseling, with significant experience on data center developments, industrial facilities, energy projects, and public infrastructure. Cody regularly advises clients throughout the project lifecycle on risk management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution, and frequently leads matters in litigation, mediation, and arbitration involving delay, payment, defects, and performance issues.
