Tamara J. Lindsay serves as Assistant General Counsel for MasTec, a Fortune 500 company, ENR Top 5 Contractor, and the second largest Hispanic-owned company in America. She leads legal efforts on behalf of MasTec’s Clean Energy Group, negotiating EPC, BOP, DB, and other forms of construction contracts, including MOUs, teaming agreements, JVs and operating agreements; sits on the Strategic Leadership Team; directly advises senior management; oversees MasTec’s intellectual property initiatives; and develops and delivers corporate training. Tamara previously served as Project General Counsel for Ferrovial on the Denver Airport’s Great Hall P3 project. She began her career litigating complex construction disputes throughout the Gulf South before relocating to Colorado in 2016.
