CSC 2026 will take place at The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach, in Huntington Beach, CA, from December 1-3.

Registration for CSC 2026 is not yet open. When it does open, if you have any questions or concerns regarding registration, please email our Customer Support Team or call us at +1 833-859-6126 between the hours of 9:00 am – 9:00 pm (EST), Monday – Friday.

We are currently in the process of creating the conference schedule for CSC 2025, please check here for updates.

The Hyatt Regency Huntingto Beach will be providing us with our own discounted hotel block. If you choose to book your hotel room outside of this block, you will not receive the CSC  discount. This block is not yet open but visit our Hotel Accomodations page often for updates.

Badges can be picked up at the registration counter onsite. There will be appropriate signage directing you toward the registration counters. If you need to register onsite or make changes to your registration, you can do so at the registration counters.

After reviewing the floor plan, please contact the Sales Manager, Connor Goldman. Connor will work with you and your budget to select the best possible space for your exhibit.

All crates and skids must be tagged and removed from the exhibit floor no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2026. This will allow Freeman and the cleaning provider sufficient time for overall cleaning of the exhibit hall as well as provide sponsors the space to complete their booth set up by keeping aisles clear. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Show management requires each exhibiting company and sponsor appointed non-official contractor to carry general liability insurance, automotive liability insurance and workmen’s compensation coverage. Please refer to the “Insurance Requirements Policy” within the exhibitor service manual for specifics on insurance requirements. Submit your Certificate of Insurance by uploading it to your sponsor console here.

All sponsors are allowed to move-in and have freight delivered during the posted exhibitor move-in hours.

All displays are to be completely set by 5:00pm on Tuesday, December 1. Show Management will consider any booth not set by 5:00pm vacant and appropriate action will be taken.

All exhibits must remain completely set until 10:15 am on Thursday, December 3. All exhibits must be completely removed by 1:30pm on Thursday, December 3 or they will be packed and shipped by Freeman at the exhibitor’s expense and risk.
