Badges can be picked up onsite at the registration counters. Signage will be available to guide you. Onsite registration changes can also be made at the registration desk.

After reviewing the floor plan, please contact the Sales Manager, Connor Goldman. Connor will work with you and your budget to select the best possible space for your exhibit.

All crates and skids must be tagged and removed from the exhibit floor no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 1, 2026. This allows sufficient time for cleaning and ensures aisles remain clear. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Show management requires each exhibiting company and sponsor-appointed non-official contractor to carry general liability, automotive liability, and workmen’s compensation insurance. Submit your Certificate of Insurance via the sponsor console.

All sponsors may move in and have freight delivered during posted exhibitor move-in hours.

All displays must be fully set by 5:00pm on Tuesday, December 1. Booths not set by this time may be considered vacant.

All exhibits must remain set until 10:15am on Thursday, December 3. Exhibits not removed by 1:30pm will be packed and shipped by Freeman at the exhibitor’s expense.
