Abbie G. Sprague serves as Senior Counsel at Fluor, advising the company’s Energy Solutions business on complex, high‑value projects, including LNG and hydrogen liquefaction, gas and nuclear power, fuels and chemicals, and renewable and low‑carbon energy projects. She supports projects from pursuit through execution, partnering closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and project management to negotiate and administer contracts and guide key decisions throughout the project life cycle.
Prior to joining Fluor, Abbie spent more than 15 years in private practice, most recently in Jones Day’s global construction group, where she structured and negotiated mega‑project agreements for leading EPC contractors and owners worldwide. She also represented and advised her clients in mega-project disputes. Abbie brings deep experience in construction disputes and claims avoidance, helping teams manage risk, resolve issues efficiently, and preserve critical relationships.
