Adrian Bastianelli, III is Of Counsel at Peckar & Abramson. After a long career represtning all sectors of the construction industry in claims and litigation concurrently with performing work as an ADR neutral, he has transitioned his practice so that he now works solely in this capacity. He regularly serves as an arbitrator, mediator, DRB member and in other neutral roles. He is a fellong of the American College of Constrution Lawyers. He is past Chair of the ABA Forum on Construction Law and received its Cornerstone Award. he is a co-editor of the ABA books entitled Construction ADR and the frist and second edition of Federal Government Cosntruction Contracts. He served as the editor of the Construction Lawyer and was the first editor of the Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers. He was named the 2015 & 2016 construction lawyer of the year globally by Who’s Who Legal and has written and spoken extensively on construction ADR topics. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and obtained his professional engineers licenses (now inactive). He received his law degree from the University of Louisville and served as a law clerk for the US Court of Federal Claims.
