Andrew Barton is Vice President of the American Arbitration Association, leading the Digital Dispute Resolution Center (DDRC). He oversees efforts to expand the use of innovative dispute resolution tools—like the AI-Arbitrator—and drives outreach to help organizations understand, try, and adopt AAA’s evolving ADR solutions.
A practical communicator and experienced facilitator, Andrew focuses on connecting people and programs that make dispute resolution more accessible and effective. Andrew joined the American Arbitration Association in 1995.
