Andy Argyris has been Clark Construction Group’s Western Region counsel since 2021, where he handles all transactional matters, claims, and formal disputes. Prior to Clark, Andy was a member of Pillsbury’s Construction Counseling and Dispute Resolution group from 2009 to 2013 and again from 2017 to 2021, where he represented national General Contractors and Owners resolve issues on significant construction projects. From 2013 to 2017, Andy worked for Bechtel in Houston and handled all contractual matters between Bechtel, ExxonMobil, and Linde Engineering on the construction of a multi-billion dollar ethylene plant in Baytown, TX. Andy was an in-house fellow with the ABA Forum on Construction Law and is currently the chair-elect of the AGC Legal Advisory Committee.
