Brian has been practicing construction law for over 20 years and has extensive experience in complex construction litigation. He has served as first chair or co-lead counsel on numerous public and private sector disputes, inlcuding multiple mega projects, with hundreds of millions of dollars at stake. He has been involved in projects ranging from power plants to highways and bridges, reservoirs and dams, tunnels, pipelines, data centers, chemical and manufacturing facilities, airports, courthouses, embassies and other goverment buildings, NASA space equipment, and domestic and international military installations including forward structures, barracks, digital weapons training ranges, tank trails and network infrastructure. Brian is ranked in numerous national publications and has a track record demonstrating both the ability to secure early, favorable settlements, and to achieve decisive victories in litigation and arbitration when necessary.
