Dave has over 25 years of experience representing clients in construction related disputes related to large energy and infrastructure projects around the world. He routinely appears before state and federal courts in the United States, as well as domestic and international arbitral tribunals. Dave is a partner at McDermott, Will & Schulte and works out of the firm’s New York City office.
