Jacob recently completed his articles and two summers at Margie Strub Construction Law LLP, where he has gained valuable experience working on complex construction contracts and disputes. His practice includes drafting and negotiating both standard-form and bespoke agreements for owners, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, as well as assisting in the resolution of high-value disputes arising from light rail transit and other major infrastructure projects.
Jacob holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he received the Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP Prize and placed first in the Atrium Essay Contest.
He brings a practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving and is focused on delivering clear, effective advice on complex construction matters.
