Jayne Czik, DBIA, is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Citnalta, a major infrastructure contractor in New York. She has over 30 years of legal and management experience, representing owners, contractors, design professionals and sureties. Jayne is accomplished in effectively developing creative legal and management strategies and solutions. She demonstrates an outstanding ability to successfully develop and administer complex contracts including preparation and defense of claims, regulatory and contract compliance as well as risk management from project inception through completion. She is a member of the AAA Construction Industry Panel of Arbitrators, DBIA certified professional, Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers and a member of The Moles.
