Mr. Conner is an experienced global in-house attorney and Project Executive who works with an array of cross-functional domestic and international business partners to provide pragmatic, strategic, and business facing legal and risk management advice. He has worked on megaprojects, manufacturing facilities, and active construction jobsites in more than a dozen countries. His experience includes all forms of dispute resolution and litigation.
In 2022, he participated at the Construction Super Conference, Las Vegas, NV, program entitled “Managing Top Contract and Insurance Risks in the New Age of Construction: Natural Disasters, Faulty Workmanship, and Design Defects.”
He is a speaker & author, Former Construction subsection chair, and subsequent Vice-Chair of the Real Property section for The State Bar of California; and admitted and testified as a construction expert witness in a United States District Court trial.
Mr. Conner is an honors graduate and commencement speaker at the University of California, Berkeley, and the University of San Francisco School of Law, and a Member of the State Bars of California & Arizona and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
