Mr. Malloy has over two decades of experience specializing in construction claims and insurance coverage litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients in the construction field, from multinational public corporations to privately held companies on matters including power plants, oil and gas projects, manufacturing and highway facilities, tunnel and rail projects, and residential construction. Mr. Malloy has also counseled and represented clients with respect to surety and payment bond claims as well as construction industry insurance claims, including claims under general liability, builders’ risk, construction all-risk, ocean marine cargo, SDI, and professional liabilities policies. Mr. Malloy has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in lawsuits, arbitration proceedings, lien proceedings, and mediations.
