Joshua M. Atlas, Esq., serves as Chief Legal Officer at Kaufman Lynn Construction, where he leads the company’s legal strategy and oversees its legal, risk management, and human resources functions. A member of the firm’s executive leadership team, he plays an active role in supporting all aspects of the business, providing strategic guidance on operations, project delivery, and organizational growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in construction law and the building industry, Mr. Atlas is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and is widely experienced in managing complex legal and business challenges. He previously served as a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and as Vice Chair of the firm’s Construction Practice Group. His background includes representing contractors and developers in high-stakes litigation, as well as structuring and negotiating sophisticated construction and design agreements for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Mr. Atlas holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School.
