He advises and represents owners, contractors, developers, design professionals, and suppliers throughout the full life cycle of construction and infrastructure projects—from front-end contract drafting and negotiation through project execution and dispute resolution. Justin’s experience spans domestic and international projects across the energy, transportation, manufacturing, commercial and other development sectors.
