Lawrence Prosen is a construction and government contracts litigation partner at Cozen O’Connor and Co‑Chair of the firm’s Government Contracts practice. Holding a degree in architecture as well as law, Larry brings deep technical insight to construction delay, disruption, changes and productivity disputes across private and public projects. He represents clients in U.S. federal and state courts, boards of contract appeals, and in domestic and international arbitration. Larry also serves as an arbitrator and mediator on the AAA’s Construction Panel and has extensive experience explaining complex technical and scheduling evidence to judges, arbitrators, and other triers of fact. He is widely recognised for his work at the intersection of construction law, technical evidence, and advocacy.
