Michele serves as the Associate General Counsel for MasTec, Inc., a prominent international contractor specializing in construction across various sectors, including electric power, oil & gas, communications, civil works, and renewable energy. In her role, she manages all legal matters for the company, encompassing both litigation and transactional domains. Her extensive litigation expertise covers the full range of dispute resolution processes, such as mediations, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
On the transactional side, Michele is instrumental in contract review and development, as well as participating in the company’s mergers and acquisitions activities. A key focus of her work is to identify, assess, and mitigate risks for MasTec. With over three decades of legal experience, including running her own law firm, Michele is a seasoned litigator who has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. Additionally, she is a frequent speaker on construction law topics and serves as an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association’s panel of construction arbitrators.
