Mr. Kay is senior vice president and general cousnel at J.F. Shea Co., Inc., one of the oldest and largest privately held construction operations in the country, with over 135 years of building landmark projects. J.F. Shea has substantial experience with public transit systems, tunneling, and water management and desalinization plants, among other major civil and infrastructure projects. Prior to his work at J.F. Shea, Mr. Kay was assistant general counsel at KB Home. He is a lecturer in law at the USC Gould School of Law, teaching Transactional Due Dilligence in the LLM Program.
