Zoe de Courcy is a Partner in Pinsent Masons’ Construction Advisory & Disputes team and is based in London. She is dual qualified in Hong Kong and the UK and operates an international practice advising owners, contractors, funders and public bodies on energy and infrastructure disputes across litigation, adjudication, arbitration and mediation, with a particular focus on complex defects, delay and disruption claims, and PPP disputes. Zoe recognised for her strategic and commercially focused approach to construction dispute resolution. Her practice frequently involves working with experts giving evidence to meet judicial and tribunal expectations in UK litigation and international arbitration.
Zoe is Chair of the Technology and Construction Solicitors’ Association in the UK (TeCSA), the specialist association representing the UK’s leading construction and technology disputes solicitors, responsible for steering the profession’s strategic direction, promoting best practice, and engaging with courts, international arbitration centres, industry and policymakers on the development of construction law globally.
